MentorMe is a private mentorship management application available at mentorme-crq.pages.dev, operated for use between a mentor and their mentees to manage tasks, sessions, and communication.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: Name and role selected at login
- Tasks and sessions: Content you create including descriptions, summaries, and responses
- Calendar events: Meetings and scheduled events you add
- Notifications: In-app notification records for activity between users
- Phone numbers: Used solely to send SMS notifications about app activity if enabled
3. How We Use Your Information
- Display your tasks, sessions, and calendar within the App
- Notify the other user of relevant activity
- Send SMS notifications when app activity occurs if SMS is enabled
- Power the Patch AI assistant with context about your mentorship progress
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
4. Data Storage
All data is stored securely in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States. API keys and credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are never exposed to end users.
5. Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare — Hosting, database, and serverless functions
- Anthropic Claude API — Powers the Patch AI assistant
- Twilio — SMS notifications if enabled
- Google Fonts — Typography
6. SMS Notifications
- You consent to receive SMS notifications about app activity
- Message frequency varies based on app activity
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time
- Reply HELP for support
- Phone numbers are never shared with third parties
7. Your Rights
- Access the data stored about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP

1. Acceptance
By using MentorMe you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MentorMe is a private web application enabling mentors and mentees to manage tasks, track sessions, schedule meetings, and communicate about mentorship progress.
3. Access and Security
Access requires a code provided by the administrator. You agree to keep it confidential and not share access with unauthorized individuals.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for mentorship management and not to upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the App's operation.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS notifications about mentorship activity.
SMS Opt-in: Users consent by creating an account and agreeing to these Terms, which includes consent to receive SMS notifications for task assignments and app updates. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
6. AI Assistant
The Patch AI assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. It has access to your tasks and sessions for context, may make mistakes, and does not store conversation history between sessions.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided as-is without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
